How to Apply -
* Note - We are full in the following categories - Wood, Glass, Jewelry, Pottery. (Any new applicant in these categories - if passing the September jury - will be placed on the waiting list and could be called if someone in that category cancels their participation in the 2024 fair. Each year we have anywhere from 3 to 8 spaces available to new artisans. 80% + of our Artisans return each year with new work.)
1. Send a CD disc, photos, email or thumb drive with four photos/images of your work made by applicant and one image of your indoor booth. (This is not a buy/sell fair - that means you purchase or order goods already made and sell them) You must make what you sell.
Applicant must have a Website or Facebook or Instagram page to be considered.
2. $20. jury fee - will not view images submitted without a jury fee. (Check or Money Order payable to: Helen's Daughters Studio).
3. Include an S.A.S.E.

Very Merry Holiday Fair©- December 12 & 13, 2025
The Very Merry Holiday Fair© #17 is an artisan fairs in Baraboo, Wisconsin. No Buy/Sell work will be considered. The festive fair is located in the Historic Arts Building, 323 Water St, (a wagon repair shop for Ringling Circus circa 1900's). The Very Merry is “bundled” with other local holiday events. Sixty artist/craftsmen, authors, purveyors of good thing to eat and local non profits fill the fair. The Very Merry is an invitational and juried fair.
Jury fee $20. (This application fee, with the application must be sent via mail to be considered.)
Booth fees for Artisans - $195. Booth size is approximately 8' X 8' to 10'X10'. Authors - $40 for a four foot long table space (only two spaces available). Food folks - $145 for an 8 foot long table . Do not send booth fee until you are accepted into the fair.
